If you are a Select member you can go to appsnet.bentley.com/licensing and move your node locked licenses to a new workstation name.
Or you can create a service ticket on appsnet.bentley.com/.../addcall.aspx. In the details field state that you want to move licenses to new workstation names. Mention the current hostnames along with the new hostnames. Attach the current licenses as zipped attachment to the ticket.
The licensing team will review the licenses and reply to you.
