Bentley directed me here, I hope someone can help me. My Bentley Connect Client Edition says "Your account is locked, please contact your site administration" I just incorrectly entered 3 wrong password and then it locks. Please help me. TIA

Non-Connect Usage Reports
How do I get to the old usage reports to see what our select usage numbers are? We are not using any Connect Licensing at this time, except fpr the connection client and anyone investigating Connect products for eventual migration to them.

Licence renewal.
Hi, I work for a company that had 5 copies of Microstation. Last year we decided to take our CAD facility into 3D modelling.The technical support and advice we received was very poor. In fact so poor that we nearly switched to AutoCad. As we had been using Microstation for many years we still wanted to expand into 3D using Bentley software. We asked for a free trial of the software we wanted to purchase for 1 week. This was granted and we could see that this would work for us. We stayed with Bentley and exchanged 2 of our Microstation softwares to OpenPlant. We also purchased Context capture and Isometrics manager. A year on and our Select licences are up for renewal. We have found that although we could see the benefits of context capture it did not replace our traditional topographical survey software. We did not want to pay for an annual subscription but we did not want to lose our investment in the software. We were offered a swap to Lumen RT. We were excited to use this product as we could use it as a sales pitch to showcase our design. Unfortunately when we had the invoice for renewing our annual licences there were 2 copies of Lumen RT. I said that we would use this package infrequently and deffinately did not want to pay for two licences. I was told that we had to have 2 copies or the books would not balance. I asked if there was anything else that could be done to suit our requirements. This was the reply from Bently "Unfortunatly this is the only offering we have at the moment for your companies needs and for the Account to balance unless we Surrender some items, which as you know, will mean you losing some of your initial investment with us." We will sadly surrender the Contex capture as we cannot have one copy of LumenRT. We do feel totally let down by your company. Firstly for the total lack of technical support and now the bullying tactics employed to make us purchase licences for products we will not use. Before surrendering the licence bought last year in good faith I thought I would ask on this forum if there are any alternatives for us other than purchasing 2 copies of Lumen RT or surrendering Context Capture? Thank you

Bentley account will not activate my licenses, account seems to not recognize my company.
My connection client account seems to not be associated with my company and will not allow me to activate any of the licenses for the Bentley products. I try to run the activation wizard and my connection client comes up with commercial but the other products come up as a trial that has expired.

I have a question regarding security of activation key, can we change license activation key ? if someone else know your license activation key, and use it for its own purposes, how to deal with the situation ? My name is Garnett Hegeman. I am the Engineering Technology lab Supervisor here at the University of Toledo.
I have to re-image a few computers and need to be able to reinstall Bentley. However, I do not have access to the software or licensing.
This is a relatively new position for me and no one seems to know where the license is.

Download Microstation connect
Hey!
I got to test the microstation connect edition for three months. I got a code (key) that I would enter when I downloaded the program from your website. I followed references from you when I was going to download the microstation connect edition program.
But in one step you wrote that you have to put in their code (Key) that I got from you. But when the program had finished loading it did not come up with a box where I would enter the key (key) that I received from you. Without it, my program states that I only have 7 days to use the program.
How can I now when I have downloaded the program. Go back and enter the code I got from you.

Non Select license management!!!
I am looking for an example of how users that are NOT on SELECT manage their licenses.
OK they can email a license to a user to activate.... but as a CAD manager where are these licensees stored, there must be a pot of licenses visible to me, how do I know what licenses have been deployed, sent to who and for how long they have it for ie 12 months
What tools they have to view who is using them, where they have been installed and how to revoke a license.
Obviously, Select is better and offers all these tools. But sadly some users are not on Select, hence the question.
